The New You Program is a completely customized program, where I have combined all the tools, education, courses, life experience etc. into a beautiful program.

This means that I have combined Access Bars, Body Consciousness, Reconnective healing, breathwork, massage etc. into a full-fledged program to give you more life energy.

No person is alike, so no treatment is the same. I'll take you through what I feel at the time of treatment that should be happening.

​

The program is intended for people with complaints such as:

• Sleeping

• Stress complaints

• Burn-out

• Fatigue complaints

• Migraines

• Physical complaints

• Etc………..

 

Each treatment takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and can run out if necessary. We always start with 3 treatments and see what the progress is. After 1 treatment you probably start to feel differences, but after 3 treatments the change has really worked and it is up to you whether you want to continue with it or whether you continue alone in your own process.

Of course, you can always call in my help again later if you wish.

The great thing about this program is that I come to you, so you don't have to leave the house.

The 3 treatments together cost € 350,-

Travel costs in a radius around Aalsmeer up to 20 km nil, 20-40 km € 10, 40+ km € 20, per treatment.
